Putting YouTube vids on your phone...

Any ideas on how I can finish this off.

 

I've converted & saved the videos from YouTube so they are now flv files.

 

I'm trying to convert them to 3gp files so i can use them on my phone. i've tried google, but they are all trials that only last 60 or 90 seconds or so

 

Any ideas where I can convert these for free, and for files that are up to 15mins long?
