Some thoughts, help please.

 

Its the old question about selling before buying/buying before selling. Problem we have is that the type of property we are looking for, in the areas we are looking in, are few and far between. Whilst our existing house is in a good area with a quick turnover, sales wise.

 

We've seen a property (on paper) that we like, will be going Friday for a viewing. If that goes well we may want to put an offer in, however, we are not currently on the market.

 

For obvious reasons I'd rather not get a bridging loan, but my current lenders don't want to deal cos they view it as a short term loan, seeing as when we do sell all the equity will go into paying a substantial chunk off the new mortgage.

 

So what options are there?
