The last few months have made one thing clear

That goatee has to go. At the start of the season there were people on here hailing the goatee, insisting it was a match for Rushie's Bushy or Souness's tache. Well the plain truth of the matter is that it's just not up to the job. Since the goatee was introuced we've gone backwards. 2005 - no goatee, we win the European Cup. 2006 - no goatee, we win the FA Cup. 2007 - not goatee, we get to the final of the European Cup. 2008 - the goatee turns up, our worst, most turbulent season in recent times.

 

I'm thinking of organising a protest. SACK THE GOATEE.
