Overcharged me a phone bill while on holiday in August of £800. I immediately rang them to complain and they agreed it must be a mistake and would re calculate.

They have been recalculating it since and i have had to ring them every month as they just kept sending the origonal back to me. In December they agree i had been overcharged for texts and took £75 off then cut my phone off 3 days later.

They then agreed the call charges were still wrong and said they would recalculate. Then cut me off again.

I moved house in December and logged a change of address and today was cut off again as they had been sending the monthly and 'recalculated' bills to my old house and the woman who told me i was overcharged was "wrong and has since left the company"

Im raging down the phone this morning , steam coming out my ears that my missus is due to drop our first sprog any day and i need my phone and that they cant cut me off for non payment of a bill i have not received and the slag on the phone tells me its not Orange's fault the address change was not logged. And that i owe them £700 and that i have 3 weeks to pay it. And thats the end of the matter. And that i cant leave as i am tied to an 18 month contract.

I could murder that f***ing dim witted, Geordie whore from Orange i tell you. I may have said as much as well which may not help any further action
