After yet another lacklusture showing , we're all getting restless. I can understand the frustration at the manager but I'd like to ask serious questions of the players.

 

They're all on a lot (a lot) of money and yet everyweek the come out , go into hiding and go through the motions. Frankly i'm sick of it and sick of seeing a bunch of ball-less players go out and deliver the same inept performances. Kewell , benayoun , Auerillo, Crouch , Riise and theres plenty more , any chance you boys could play like you've got a pair? I honestly cannot recall such gutless displays , I can handle defeats , I can handle being outclassed , I can handle the occasional of days. What I cannot handle is players who are clearly not giving 100%.

from day one this season we needed to struggle through to Jan and buy a striker to help out Torres

 

non of the other 3 are good enough

 

we went out and bought a defender for 6-7m, if we'd of added the money from sissoko to it we could of had anelka

 

WE NEED FORWARD THINKING PLAYERS, not a 17m argentinian who will never threaten the goal

There are a certain amount of players in the team who want rafa out,some who are home grown?,they are playing for the good name of Liverpool Football club,The supporters are being short changed,rafa has lost the dressing room,what is happening to a once great football club.

The team doesn't want it that's clear to see. given the circumstances I would have expected the team to rally around Rafa.

 

If Rafa is to stay he needs to gamble big come the summer - we need to shift seven players and Rafa needs to play a more attack based game.

 

What's showing now is the break between the players and the coach, I understand Pako used to fill in here. When the players were confused or needed motivating Pako would do that --- it's missing now ! ( not that playing for Liverpool shouldn't be motivation enough).

 

 

The players lack confidence and a coherent plan - one of the signing for the summer should be an attack minded coach as the #2 or replacing someone else on the staff. we need someone who knows how to organise the attack, set pieces and can do so in a way that fits within Rafa tactical plan.

Then we need the top quality personnel to execute it. The best plans fail when you have inadequate people trying to implement them.
