Internet/Web Development Question

where (how?) can I place a very simple web page on the internet so that it's accessible from literally anywhere in the world so that my companies mobile users can access it from their mobile phones and/or PDAs in order to establish how fast a response they get over their relatively slow connections?

 

I can test this on our own internal company network, but the network speed is then very fast so it's not a realistic test for those mobile users.

 

Is there any kind of free hosting site I could do this on? Needs to give the user a simple HTML form to fill in and confirm to them that it's received the contents of the form. Anyone know how to do that?
