Are the management problems behind the scenes now starting to take a toll on the playing staff? A lot of the players appear demotivated or disinterested at present. Could this be to do with their personal uncertainty about the club and theirplace within it. The conflict will have obviously affected Rafa, is this being transferred to the players. If this is the case the longer these behind the scenescontinue the worse things are going to become on the pitch with both issues feeding off each other. The poor form streches allegedly bad relations further which affects the playeretc etc.
