Anyone use this ISP?

 

Ive noticed higher speeds over the last few weeks but last night I noticed uTorrent reporting a 1MB/s download speed, which was a bit weird as Im only paying for 4Mb/s.

 

Have they upgraded the packages or something?? Pricing structure looks the same from what I can see £25 for 4Mb.
