I'm going crazy choosing and LCD!

Please help me!

 

I want a decent 37-40 LCD on which to watch SD TV though Sky+ incl lots of football and DVDs. I plan to buy an HD DVD player but have no plans at the minute to upgrade to HD. I don't want to use it for playing games or hooking up my computer, just pure bog-standard TV watching.

 

I have my eye on a Toshiba 37X3030D and a Sharp 37XD1E and can't decide between them.

 

Have any of you got one or recommend anything similar?

 

For the record I have been on AV Forums and it is just confusing me further.
