putting a file into word - Help pls

Got a bit of mapping software that produces an out put that I can print or print to file (.prn file)

 

I want to put this output in a word document, post a little "edit" - part of the printout will be removed

 

Does anyone know a quick, easy and cheap way to get a .prn file edited and into Word?
