Sign up for Setanta Sports today and not only will you be able to enjoy LFC TV - the club's brand new dedicated channel - when it launches in September, you'll also be able to watch both of the Reds' friendlies live from Switzerland this week.

Rafael Benitez's side take on Werder Bremen in Grenchen on Tuesday night (7.15pm ko) and then face French outfit Auxerre on Friday in Freiburg (2pm ko).

Record signing Fernando Torres is expected to make his debut in one of the matches while there are also likely to be first starts for fellow new boys Ryan Babel and Yossi Benayoun.

Both matches are live and exclusive on Setanta Sports, who will be bringing you LFC TV as part of it's nine channel sports package in the autumn.

LFC TV will be included at no extra cost - the recently reduced price of £9.99 a month applies to the full Setanta Sports Pack, and there is no annual contract.

The channel will also be broadcast live on www.liverpoolfc.tv as part of e-Season Ticket, the official website's premium content service.

it says that you can watch setanta on e season ticket. which is a lot cheaper than the £10 per month through TV.(im no cheap skate but i already pay £60 odd quid a month for the full sky package including HD and multiroom. am i right in thinking that you also get a chance of tickets for the games?

i have a ST but i try to get my wife and mates one every week. its a pain in the a*** and i can only do it online, which usually means getting up at 6.30 to get online.

consequetly this now looks really attractive. But before i go and commit myself whats the quality of the live footy? does it crash all the time? plus, what are the chances of getting tickets via the eseason ticket?

The Crewe game was good last night, connection speed obviously has something to do with it, I am in Aus so have no choice as we don't think LFC TV will be on the Aus Setanta channel.

The advantage of having it on proper TV is easier to record and size of screen.

i've just viewed an example of the FC graz game. the picture quality wasnt brilliant. But if there is a good chance of getting a ticket as well, it may sway me.

my connection speed is meant to be 2meg. but really its about 1.3meg. do you reckon that speed would be good enough?

I think it also depends how many others are accessing it but your 1.3 should be good.

Considering most games won't be live there wont be bottlenecks which help too. When I am watching games at 4am UK time there won't be many on-line which is handy :D
