Knowsley Hall festival

load of s**** ,robbing b******s as well.

 

The whole day from start to finish was s**** I felt sorry for the Who by the time they came on stage everyone started getting off.

 

I got to the gates of knowsley hall with only to have to go through 3 or 4 checkpoints ,during the checkpoints I had to throw all my ale into the bin, no food or ale of your own was allowed, I went through a checkpoint where I had to get scanned with a metal detector,felt like I was going into fort knox. I had my brolly taken off me as it was sharp weapon. waded through mounds of mud just to get to the f***ing enclosure itself. Only to find only 3 tents selling beer with hardly any staff, I waited in the queue for beer for nearly 2 hours....got charged 3 quid a pint ,needless to say I didn't go back. There was plenty of foodstalls with noone at them ,why the f*** didn't they provide more beer tents ,people only got to festivals to get pissed and yet here they took my beer off me and didn't provide with me with any alternative. So I ended up sober and wet after getting drenched...I wasn't prepared to pay for another brolly after getting mine took over me.

 

All in all it was fecking s*** ,especially all that goldcircle business ,all the riff raff miles behind and a few people in the circle at the front meaning the atmosphere was crap as well. The best concerts I have ever been to have been the hillsborough justice concert and Paul McCartney, reasonable tickets ,no gold circle and everyone in it together ,great atmosphere in both.

 

If they want knowsley hall festival to last they best have a major rethink.

 

 

The who were the best thing about the night unfortunetly I was so fed up I just had to leave halfway through their set.
