To call themselves "Tour Operators" is to take the absolute piss.

 

They promised us 7am flights to Athens, a two star central Athens hotel and a 6pm return home on Thursday. We got a 3AM flight (!) a "hotel" (that was not fit for dogs) 80 kilometres from Athens (!) a 1am flight home (meaning we didn't get in the house till 4am) and no rep or advice the whole time we were there.

 

I've now asked for compensation and they've turned the whole thing on me! They say there were loads of incidents and the tour rep got beaten up and a female tour guide sexually abused. But these people knew and could identify the trouble makers and didn't do their job in banning them from transport or from flying. They caused the problems themselves and are condemning ME for asking THEM for some come back! I swear I will take this further. The cunce wouldn't even open my original e-mails as they contained the title "Athens trip problems". When I changed the title bar to "Booking request" but with the same e-mail content, they mysteriously opened it.
