Normally something like this would pass unnoticed but it reflects what we've heard Rafa say about doing things more quickly in the transfer market. It applies just as well to the young lads as it does to your multi million pound deals. We have a much higher turnover of lads but we'll reap the reward by not having them stagnate for years like Partridge and Welsh et al.
