people hugging at work

It seems to be girls and gay's hugging in the workplace I've noticed. And it's always over the slightest thing!

 

"Happy birthday I got you a card"....... (HUG)

 

"I'm going home 20 minutes early today bye"...... "you're going home early? awww miss ya, cya tomorow (HUG)

 

"I need to swap break times with you"........ "ok" ............ "awww your the best" ..... (HUG)

 

"I found your favourite pencil under my desk".... (little girlie screem of excitment) "awww thank you hun".... (HUG)

 

"you looked a bit snowed under so I photocopied these things for you"......... "oh my god! you are sooo thoughtful and such a good friend" ............ (HUG)

 

ALL GENUINE EXAMPLES FROM MY WORK PLACE

 

Seriously though, how hard up and desperate do you have to be to get this kind of affection from people you work with???
