My mum's aunts are a load of superstitious busy bodies and they have had their tallons on Xaby's name for a while now, coz according to them, X denotes being crossed out, so they didn't want that, plus Y is at the end of the alphabet, so also no good... after a year of being nagged and nagged and nagged, I've given in and changed the spelling of her nickname to Sabie...

 

 

No news yet when her surgery is going to be done, as the first homograft has expired and the new one hasn't arrived from the US yet. The waiting is worse actually, coz it's like having to put worrying on hold indefinitely!
