Setting up security for wireless network

OK, so I got my modem/wireless router up and running now, which in itself is an achievment for me I can tell you

 

So how do I enamble securing on it?!

 

I go to the admin section, and I know I need to enable WPA.

 

So I click on 'WPA' to activate it, and it asks for:

 

Server IP address - now I think I can find that ( )

 

Then it has a box that says 'Secret' - WTF is that?! What do I type in there?!

 

And then there is an option to click something called - PSK string. If I click on that, it disables the IP address and secret settings. So whats all that about.
