Jezzman Posted January 25, 2007 Posted January 25, 2007 I'm currently running every second/third day, using a program which should build up my form, so I'll be ready to run a ½ marathon in 12 weeks. I'm 3 weeks into the program and it's just getting tougher and tougher every day, but I'm still more than able to follow it. I do however get pretty damn soar in my legs and I have some bad habit of being too tense when I run so I get a pain in my neck after running. I've never learned how to run.... someone might say that you're either able to run or you aren't, but I don't think that's the whole truth... So I'm looking for advice on everything in regards to running: Stretching, warm-up, cool-down, technical help... whatever.... Although I can easily run 15 km now without stopping or getting short of breath, I believe I can better my running in a lot of areas.. so all your help will be appreciated The program I'm running after, can be seen here and although it's all in Danish, it should still give you an idea !!
