Away day stories

Right then, tell us you away day stories. I've got 2 (I'm a Liverpool fan, if my name didn't give it away):

 

2001 - Uefa cup final ve Alavez, in Dortmund. We'd got a trip with the official club and were picked up by coaches straight after the game. We got to the airport, more than 20 coaches, and stopped on some b-road outside the airport. We found out that the germans wouldn't let us into the airport, so they left us in our coaches for about 6 hours, with no food/water or anything. The C*nts. We found a coach driver with a crate of water that he was charging about £5 a bottle for. I bought one, and the f*cker was only fizzy! Horrible sh*t.

 

Great result of course, but sh*t journey.

 

 

The other one was in 2003 I think, in the Carling cup against Millwall. Had never been there before, it's a horrible place to go as an away fan, when it all kicked off. Crammed penned in this metal cage after the game, waiting for the train with all sorts of abuse from the other side. Not nice.
