Anyone here ever use Travelzoo?

I booked the Mrs and I into a London Hotel for her 40th Birthday between Christmas and New Years. It's all big surprise for her, but I got a great hotel on the Embankment in London at £68 for a double room per night, overlooking Thames, Houses of Parliment, Big Ben, Tate gallery and The London Eye. Thing is, bit of looking around on the web and I find this hotel does deals for rooms at £68 a night per person. Travelzoo say that I have to talk to the hotel group as they are the ones that did the deal, Hotel group say i have to speak to Travelzoo as they are the promoters.

So anyone else have any experiences of Travelzoo?

travelzoo Check out the weekly top 20 deals on the right, thats where I found our offer back in October/November, and the page doesn't exist anymore. Getting worried if I have to book somewhere else now.
