Adrenal Dysfunction. I have not been well since before the world cup. Going for tests next friday

 

System Signs and Symptoms

General Fatigue, headaches (including migraines), blurred vision,

anxiety, depression, weight gain, insomnia..

Neurological Learning disabilities, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD),

insomnia, wake tired in the morning, poor short-term and/or

long term memory, short attention span, poor mental acuity,

inability to concentrate, dizziness when changing positions.

Immune System Allergies, recurrent and/or long-lasting infections, autoimmune

disorders, eczema, psoriasis.

Connective Tissue Dry and/or thin skin, joint pain (especially in the low back,

knees, and pelvis), lax and easily injured joints, creaking joints,

tired feet, and weak ankles.

Blood Sugar Fatigue, fainting spells, waking during the night, mood swings,

craving sweets, sodas and/or coffee, irritability and/or

shakiness before meals.

Energy Metabolism Fatigue, low body temperature, fatigue made worse with

exercise

 

Fluid Balance Intercellular edema (worse at mense), high or low blood

pressure, dehydration, excessive urination (15-20 times a day),

excessive perspiration, non-pitting edema, salt cravings.

Electrolyte Balance Impaired nerve conduction and muscle function, heart

palpitations and arrhythmias, muscle twitching, discomfort with

bright light, sore calves, hemorrhoids, varicose veins.

Inflammatory Chronic upper-respiratory infections, asthma, allergies, hay

fever, skin rashes, colitis, diverticulitis, bursitis, sinusitis,

enteritis, gastric-duodenal ulcers, rheumatoid arthritis, joint

pain, and hives.

Hormonal Impotence, difficulty maintaining erection, lack of genital

sensitivity for female, lack of libido in male and female,

postpartum depression, menopausal problems, difficult
