Chorizo

We were in France last week and had a mad moment buying far too much cheese and stuff.

 

Anyways got a chorizo sausage and fancy having it for dinner so do any of you gastros have a good recipe for it, I quite fancy making a cassoulet but deffo open to suggestions.
