Im moving house on Friday and after trying for days to speak to someone human at Pipex customer support regarding taking my Pipex ADSL with me, Ive decided to ditch them.

 

From reading their FAQs, to take my ADSL with me, Pipex would have to cancel my subscription at my current address and then give me another one at my new address.

 

Now if Im just cancelling, with the intention of going with another company at my new address, do I have to go through all the trouble of getting a MAC code? Or are they tied to the house?
