IT help needed

I have 2 external HD's - one of which I keep my music on. They're normally seen as Drive E & drive F, with the music on E. However last week, the feckers swapped, so now my iTunes can't find my music, as it's looking at E & it's all now on F.

 

How do I 'rename' them back to the way they were?
