I would still go to the ground and see how it goes, people cancel and if you give a sob story to the desk - you never know. ;)

sod the tour, just come the oakie instead..........bring the kids, handy for carrying the ale to the table ;)

When I took my lads the fella who took us round looked familiar, so much so I kept staring at him. In the end my eldest asked me why I kept staring at him, so I said cos he looks familiar. To which my lad replied " That's cos you've sat next to him at the game for at least 3 years!" :o I felt a right fool at the next match :D

2 adults and 2 children do constitute a family. Although I would ask them if buying separate tickets or a family one would be the cheaper option.

 

And yes, definately book ahead to avoid disappointment.

The last time we went, my brother ended up getting off with the tour guide. (Who was a bird, albeit not a very good looking one.)

 

He thought it was good value for money.
