Didn't Deschamps say that he could have come here but he didn't want to or so? f*** that c***.... I want Rafa back and given money to make BIG signings... more torres/reina/Alonso type signings. Ah jesus... caught up in all the xmas feelin yesterday I said Id support the manager and team... but I think all of you should boo the s*** out of him from start to finish... sing Rafa's name for the whole 90 minutes.

Speaking as someone who is against Hodgson being our manager and more importantly, someone who thinks Rafa should never have gone... I have decided something. Probably a sign of madness here but... I'm going to support the team and the manager completely for the next 2 games. I'm hoping for a minimum of 4 points from the 6. I'm gonna TRY my hardest to put the constant s*** we seem to get at this club behind me in the next week or 2. I really hope tomorrows game goes ahead as I am strangely looking forward to it.... As I said maybe it's madness, maybe it's the christmas spirit (and no I havent started drinkin yet ).... anyway guys YNWA and Merry Christmas all!

I mean, we all knew who he was but were we really expecting him to have such a great opening season? and I hadn't known Alonso myself before we signed him... altohugh i know he wasnt too obscure... but still... Reina... now he wasnt 'the player' he was before either... he does well when he spends big money... sure you'll pick out times where he makes mistyakes : Babel.. complete toilet flush of cash... but we were all excited at the time werent we? and Arsenal were after him too if Im right...

Roy Houghton is as big a c*** as Hodgson. he's also a complete and utter fool. for an ex-professional footballer of the highest level, he seems to have very little understanding of the game at all.

It'd be such a wonderful xmas present wouldn't it? I dunno if yer pro Rafa but... Hodgson has to go! For me, Rafa is the man for us and always was. God damnit I wanna see us in another CL final! Carra is in decline but that's natural, i still think he has a lot to offer us... and I think it was shown in our last game, regardless of how poorly covered our defence is anyway. Agger for me is a possible candidate to retire soon. Babel is actually trying (not getting my hopes too high but.. its nice to see the 1 in 10 times he decides to) Lucas has a lot to prove? I don't think so.. he's been getting a lot of stick for a long time. If he were german I don't people would be so quick to miss his strengths. Cole is a talented player and if you believe what you hear about him, he's a nice guy...he came here cause we have the best fans.. well im sure there were other reasons... but let's give him our support. Skertyl.... absolutely terrible lately. Kuyt, has his strengths. He has really grown on me over time.

This is exactly how I feel.. Everyone knows Torres needs a boost of some sort.. a few goals may give him that but as I was saying, this is a suspisiously strong side for a nothing game.... and I think I may have a very strong argument to say that Hodgson is close to being on a 'game to game' basis with the new owners when you see that Reina is starting. For me that is the key. I am now sure in my own mind that Hodgsons time may well be up very soon. As someone has pointed out , we've these guys and fulham and he'll win and it'll go back to normal.. ya, probably... but my point is that, he's bloody well trying his best to win tonight!

I have heard that Torres will be starting against Ut.. maybe its bulls*** and he wont... and yer right, its a nothing game. But if Torres starts, do you think it's simply an attempt to get Torres on form again or would you entertain the idea that Hodgson may try and gloss over his immediate problems by putting out as strong a team as possible?(a stronger team than is needed... sicne we don't have to risk Torres getting injured really.)

I think a bad result in our next 2 games would really finally be the end of him. He's not putting out a load of lads for the next game.. not a full strength team but one thats stronger than the last game... and we dont even need any more points. I think he may be on a game to game basis here. super wishful thinking maybe...
