Did you have these reservations when we signed him. He was one of the most sought after youngsters in the game and still shows flashes of his potential. But agree he doesn't show it consistently enough & doesn't appear to have enough drive for the game, we should cut our losses. How many of these £7-£12 million youngsters have we signed over the years compares to the scum and arsenal (Serbian players, nani, Anderson etc) That is normally a major purchase for us.

Rafa's done enough in the last 8 years to show he is one of the top managers in the world. In Italy he is 13 points behind but 2 games in hand from our own experience we know generally he is a strong finisher so it's not outside the realms of possibility he could have still ended up winning the league. But we will never know.

Aqua's form in Italy has proven that he was a risk worth taking Lucas form this season has removed that stick to beat hin with PFK has proven that Insua was acceptable I'm sure it has been proven many times that rafas transfer record for quality is no worse or is better than any of his peers in the league, we just never had the budget to afford the mistakes or the extra money to upgrade (pennant / alves)

There was very little resistance to Woy being brought in, little resistance to us being in the bottom 3, little resistence to PFK. I'd expect there to be even less resistence to rafa being brought back. It's the nature if the beast. The issue will be between the pro and anti rafa section. And by being vocal against in a way it means you are accepting Woy.
