you know what you're right , I can't really make out what's going on here. We signed Rodgers instead of doing the pragmatic thing and getting Rafa. Then we gave him a decent wedge to spend in the summer and then mid season window to push for Champs League, which for me was completely unexpected. Things are a bit all over the shop on and off the field.
