The c***ing ticket office

Asked them 2 weeks ago, then again to send me a password so I could look at my fancard online and change my address as I have now moved.

Spent last week phoning the b******s, still nothing, and they never sent me the form for the Chelsea game, as I went round to my old address where my mate lives.

Now in with a shout of a final ticket, no sign of a password yet, no chance of changing the address in time for the possible draw.
