Parents who drag kids

It really,really f***s me off when I see parents losing their cool with kids. I've noticed on a couple of occasions ( but most vividly this morning) that parents,when they are stressed, are apt to take it out on their kids. I was slightly late getting my 5 yr old to school. It wasn't a big deal, I'd missed the "line up" and most of the kids were in the classroom. But this lady was dragging her kid by the hood of his coat, literally dragging his heels into the classroom. He (understandably) was crying.

 

I tried to placate the situation by saying "don't worry, we're late as well" but she wasn't having it. She started shouting that she had to get a train into London and that ***** was being selfish. Honestly, it was so sad to see.

 

 

And don't give me all this b******s about a poor rant. It was therapeutic
