Good to see the people are being looked after in these trying times, received today.

 

Due to changes in the 'credit environment' it's now costing us more to lend. because of this we have now reviewed our customer accounts and are increasing the standard rates in your agreement to 20.5% p.a. for purchases and 27.86 p.a. for cash withdrawals.

 

 

Lest we forget the back drop, interest rates have fallen to their lowest levels in over 50 years, this is unsecured lending but bloody hell, people caught in the trap are having the screw tightened even further and when everybody says b*lllocks, stops making payments and they announce billions in losses the merry go round carries on.

 

Something really should be done.
