John am Rhein
Blair Stung by BAE ruling FT seem to have changed the headline since I read (presumably early edition) on the plane yesterday "The judgment later stated that the threat was issued "with the specific intention of interfering with the course of the investigation . . . Had such a threat been made by one who was subject to the criminal law of this country, he would risk being charged with an attempt to pervert the course of justice". Prince Bandar did not participate in the case." This 'Prince' is surely at least as subject to the criminal law of this (i.e. that) country as those Nat West bankers who were extradited to America in relation to the Enron case. Like Al Capone, Blair may have to be prosecuted for the lesser of his crimes.
