In case ya all didn't know, if you add &fmt=6 or &fmt=18 to the URL of any youtube clip you can enable a (slightly) higher quality playback. Technically I believe instead of a 320x240 version you get either a 448x298 version (fmt=6) or a 480x320 version (fmt=18).

 

Not sure it works with everything on youtube though.
