Why is it that alot of people on here are trying to convince themselves we are not Newcastle United?, I mean I know we are not Newcastle United we are a much bigger club, but there seems to be an obsession with it, a criticism of Rafa is greeted with 'We aren't Newcastle Fans' or 'Go support Newcastle'

No offence, but Newcastle fans are amonst the most faithful in the land, they attract 50+ Thousand every game and through no fault of their own they have been screwed by poor management, a poor board room and they still are amongst the best fans in the country.

It's ironic that if half of our fans showed as much passion at some of the Geordies on a match day then our atmosphere on matchdays would be alot better, so when these part timers around here turn around and say 'We aren't Newcastle United' maybe so, but they show alot more passion and commitment in one game than you could in 2 years. To be honest, if only you part timers abit more like the 'Newcastle Fan' the world would be a better place.

And this obsession with Sky Sports, It rattles my brain, the obession with their media reporting, I mean it's f***ing simple, if you don't like it, turn it off, cancel your subscription. But you won't, because it's the only way you can watch Liverpool from your arm chair.
