Handball, whats the story in Britain?

Currently the European Championship in handball is being played in Norway and the city I`m living in is one of the

city`s where they play, so I plan attending a game in the second round next week if I can get a ticket.

 

Norway have the best team they ever have had so maybe we can get a medal, our best finish in the Euro is 7th from earlier.

But thats not my point with the topic, I have never heard about either England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland or Ireland haveing a team, so my question is, do you play handball in GB at all, if not why do you think that is since its a huge sport in the rest of Europe.

 

Has anyone played it, did you like it, would you have liked to try it etc, etc?
