The automated phone line is saying my fancard is invalid?? anyone getting this?

Saw a guy on another site saying the same thing.

Someone told me that this happens if they forget to change the system from PTS sales to general sales. In other words, your fancard is invalid for a PTS ticket, but if the feckers had remembered to set it up for general sale, it wouldnt matter.
