PC wireless network help

According to my laptop I have an excellent connection to my wireless network.

However, neither Firefox, IE or Outlook are working/connecting at all.

Makes no difference if I switch Widows Firewall on or off.

 

My work laptop is connected and working fine.

 

Any ideas?
