iTunes/iPod

First off I apologise, as I knew this question has been answered here in the past, but can anyone tell me what's the easiest way I can put songs on my girlfriends iPod, using my iTunes? Without her library interferring with mine?

 

It's only a nano, so ideally i'd like to fill her iPod up, and then delete the library.
