I've recently started buying my tickets using the online purchase rather than just telephoning.

 

However, wen i used the telephone method. I'd ring up, give min eand my 2 mates PTS numbers, select seating, pay for them and then the 3 tickets would all be sent to me.

 

Since using the online method, when you purchase 3 tickets online using mates PTS numbers, the 3 tickets are sent to us seperately.

 

ordinarily this isnt an issue but the last 2 times, one of us was using the other PTS numbers for a mate of his, and when he bought using my PTS it was posted to me but unfortunately i was away at the time and had no way of gettin the ticket to him.

 

should they not be sending all the tickets to the PTS member who actually buys the tickets for the game in question?

I buy for anything from 2 to 4 members regularly and all the tickets have always been sent just to me. Maybe there's an option in your account settings that you need to enable.

Same for me. Whoever buys tickets out of me and my mate, that's where they're delivered to. Must be something to do with delivery address in your member settings ? If there's no option to change such, you may need to ring the helpline. Can't remember as having done anything specific to set this up.

 

having said that, do you pay on the one credit card or individually, as I think they send tickets to the registered address of the card holder as a rule ?

£2.50 Fookin dearer online aswell, so thats say 14 tickets at an extra £35 + my £50 + £4.50 a month fancard = £135 ontop of the ticket prices :ohmy:

yep, just clicking and trying again as requested :yawn:

 

everton tickets went before lunch time 1st day, so not looking great. I'd imagine there's less seats on PTS for this one aswell, always wonder where the manc tickets go ? oh well, back to the refresh button :popcorn:

 

Finally got on, seconds after posting that - it is working, and looks like plenty left, keep at it if you're having no joy so far.

Took me about 35 mins of clicking to get on... there were still most stands left.. it's just a pain getting on the server... as for the amount of tickets i'm pretty sure the club can't do that as PTS is advertised as 5000 tickets per game with 10,000 members eligible...

I'm sure you're right. Call it anxiety induced paranoia......these are manc tickets after all.
