New Orleans Soul and R&B

A pretty good blog devoted to New Orleans soul and R&B has just started publishing. It offers a range of music from the great city. At the moment its got copies of Saturday Night Fish Fry and New Orleans Funk - two of my all-time favourite compilations - a number of great "Best Of" compilations from Irma Thomas, Larry Williams, Fats Domino and the Nevilles plus a copy of Gumbo by Dr. John. If your not familiar with the wonders of the city's musical heritage this is a pretty good place to start.
