Dublin Restaurants

Looking for a few more suggestions for good city centre restaurants.

 

Was due to go to the Pearl Brasserie last week, but it was closed for renovations, then La Stampa, also closed for a coat of paint and ended up at Bang - which was fine. Any others that are very central that are recommended? I will get round to them all by the summer, at this rate.
