Meet the Frists

This charming couple, so representative of Americans everywhere, are spending some quality time together. Tough to do with Mr Frist being the Senate house majority leader and his lovley wife being a newly published author. So how good of dear Bill to turn up at tonights book signing that Karen had on her agenda. It was already known that the Frists would be there and it was a great show of support for these lovely republicans on their stop in New Hampshire. The highlight of the evening was the huge police turnout (2) that were both needed to remove the protestors. Well, protestor.

 

This however didn;t deteer the massive crowd that turned out for the Frists and it was good of dear loyal Karen to turn over her visit to her husband so the crowd could hear his words of wisdom. Actually that wasn't too difficult as er - nobody actually turned up for the book signing. And that crowd? was matched in numbers by the Cops and protestor. And was also entirely made up of employees of the bookstore.

 

2 weeks to the Elections and no-one gives a f*** about the republicans turning up for a publicity stunt. I do hope that attitude carries on through the elections.
