No Name Chinese Restaurant on Moore Street

Has anyone eaten in the 'no name' Chinese restuarant on Moore Street? Its the last one on the right before you get to Lidl. The place is run by the same people who used to operate the Northern Palace. It looks like a dirty transport cafe, the toilets are vile but if there is better Chinese food available in Dublin I've not come across it.
