European numbering on the kit

Anyone know where I can get a strip with the European style numbering on it?

 

I know someone posted a link to a website that did it, but I've done a search and couldn't find it, so if someone could point me in the direction of that, or possibly somewhere else that does it, I'd be real fecking grateful.

I think it's easy to get the lettering. Especially on the back of the world cup, with so many teams using Adidas. It's the CL patches which seem to be more difficult, esp the blue one.
