The Everton police.....

I've just been told of something that happened at the first home game of the season at Everton. A guy was at the game with his young daughter. Across the aisle from him were a bunch of yobs bellowing curses and swearing. After about 15 minutes of this, I was told he said, 'Can you cut that out lads, I have my young daughter with me.' The result was renewed cursing and swearing at him. The police were called and they solved the situation by arresting the sole complainant, leaving his daughter alone and crying in her seat. Given that Ian Blair thinks life is a bed of roses in London, glad to see the police at Everton can nip a nasty situation in the bud. Isn't life wonderful?
