Tickets went on sale at 9am yesterday spent 5 hours of the day pressing redial constantly. The phone was constantly engaged. I managed to ge tthrough 4 times , but after being on hold for 5 mins it asks you to leave your number and they'll phone you back. first time this happened at 9.30am. did I recieve a call back did I f***. Same thing this morning managed to get through after 2o mins of pressing redial and was in the queue for 1 hour(doesn't say what number you are either) eventually had to hang up as I had a meeting.

 

On the bright side the in-laws drove down to Aintree and managed to get the tickets in about 20mins.
