Just got my renewal and the lazy t***s cant even be arsed to print my name on the top of the letter.

For £560 is it too much to ask that the ticket office might actually think "we better do some customer service here" and print a name on a letter. Whoever is in charge needs a f***ing rocket up his/her a*** because they shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a job that has anything to do with customers.

 

 

and another thing, why does the swearing filter pick up the word a***, but not the word arsed?
