    A sensible reply. However, it's kind of surprising to see how many of you guys gang up on him. I think we need the full spectra of opinons on here. In an, er, 'academical' sense, he makes a few interesting points imo.

    I think Benitez first and foremost is expecting Pennant to create goals, not score them. And I believe Pennant will deliver this year.

    Indeed. From what I've seen in preseason, he will be back to his old dominating self this season. Mascherano is great, in many ways a different player. We definantely have place for both. I belive we won't see much of Lucas this season though. Don't belive he's ready. What really fascinates me is the ever changing opinion on players. Play a couple of good games and then your ace. And vice versa, of course. Does my head in, really.
