  1. I'd be fuming if I was a blue, for many reasons but mainly why they can play like this for one game and be so s***e for all the others
  2. I said to myself I'd be happy for 1-0 at 70, but I'm not you know
  3. I used to park here (or close to) https://maps.app.goo.gl/6yZyWjcS2eScFLJ86. Bit of a stomp to and from the ground, but you've a solid 20 minute walk back whilst other chumps are sat in traffic then you're straight on the East Lancs
  4. Was gonna say this. Trying to clear the fog of the last hour or whatever, we were the better team until they scored. Nunez chances, Elliott hitting the bar and post etc. Mad to think what happened from then
  5. I think we didn't expect them to be that good. I certainly didn't and that's a good insight into the team's mind
  6. Jesus f***ing Christ. I don't go in for the "not trying" shouts but I didn't see anyone in red running for that third
  7. Whilst I am aware I should pay it no mind, the reaction to the penalty on (parts of twitter) is really messing with my head. It's like the purest distilled football Twitter reaction. Like it's been building up to this moment. I'm not sure if I'm annoyed or amused or what by it Edit: I should be clear there are an alarming number of people outraged that it was given as a penalty, with still images galore
  8. This twitter account seems to be a decent working stream, unusually
  9. Arsenal are beating the teams that they should be. The worry is that this gives them confidence and/or impacts confidence of the other teams they face, but if you look at their results out of context then it's nothing to be concerned about Edit: apart from beating us, the in-form pricks
  10. Yep. Arsenal at home against the third bottom and then the players Villa had out meant we were hoping for one (or two) of them freak results that are, well, freakish.
  11. I assume it's this video. He could've hidden it better
  12. If he'd booted Mac Allister in the knee or thigh then it's a high boot and a pen. But it seems his boot was too high to be a high boot.
  13. We'll f***ing batter them in that, I'm sure of that
  14. We were f***ing cruising as if we were 4-1 up in that second half. We f***ing deserve it
  15. That was the longest 7 minutes I've experienced in a while
  16. Been far too casual, we almost deserve that
  17. Someone tell this ref about the Klopp farewell tour FFS
  18. Just have a look at this. Drink it in. A clear and deliberate ploy It's art
  19. To be fair, I think the forest player does touch it, and the ref makes a mistake of either thinking he didn't or not knowing the rules. But it's just a standard mistake that are made all the time, if we're invoking the offside phases of play there were about 30 before the goal. I always have a second on twitter that I think "ah, they just don't know the full facts/reasoning/my version. I'll just tell them and they'll be sound". That soon passes when I read some of the conversations and exhausts is exactly right
  20. It seems that the rule is that if the stoppage is blown when the ball is in the area or the last touch is in the area then the ball goes back to the keeper. As forest touched it out on the wing before the whistle then that's not the case. But f*** them, it's essentially the exact same as giving a goal kick instead of a corner and then a goal being scored 2 minutes later.
  21. Madrid just had a 98th minute winner ruled out because the ref blew for full time as the cross was going in for the goal.
  22. The cry arsing by Forest fans on the twitter is something to behold. Never seen anything like it
