Whilst I appreciate all reds who take the view he should go now , I must also add that as valued as the supporters are at the club and perhaps due to recent events, Grateful even more so now than ever, we mustnt try and take the decisions that the club should or should not make into our own hands. Fan power has been shown to greatly help in the clubs causes throughout the years but we cant be the ones who try and dictate to the club who or shouldnt be employed as manager. As much as it may hurt to see the way the football side of things has developed since Roy's arrival I think the man needs a real chance and opportunity to prove to us that he is up to the job. I know, I know, his away record is abysmal, and I know he hasnt exactly endeared himself to us with some of his comments but the man needs to be backed for at least a season to try and prove to us that he is up to the job. We cant and should not judge him after 13 games, and before you start He Did NOT say Judge me after 10 games. He said we would perhaps look at the table after 10 games to see where we are. I know this may go down like a lead balloon but its disturbing, in a funny way, that we are all asked to take part in a poll that, along with others from other fora, will be presented to the club. I dont know why but it seems a bit bizarre. As stakeholders of course we have the right to air our concerns and grievances, are we doing this because we are afraid of losing the likes of Torres and Reina or are we doing this because we want to win the league ? I mean seriously, why and what do we hope to gain from it ? Im not trying to be arsy or provocative I just find it all a bit weird. Anyway, I am prepared for the oncoming onslaught.
